About First Point

Hi, we’re First Point — a small, hands-on team led by an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
 

We exist to deliver fast, reliable, and genuinely person-centred OT services for NDIS participants and their families. Our work spans across Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology and home modification reports, ongoing therapy (with AHA support), and practical, OT-guided support work.

We’ve worked with participants navigating everything from mental health and complex disability to housing transitions, social isolation, and family strain. Across it all, our focus stays the same:
write strong reports, deliver meaningful therapy, and provide support that actually supports.
 

We collaborate closely with participants, families, and support coordinators — and we’re proud to keep things simple, responsive, and clinically sound.
